START TIMES & COSTS

80km - $55 - 07:00 Saturday
(briefing 19:00 FRIDAY NIGHT) 6 hours minimum (novice only) &
8-1/2 hours maximum ride time

40km - $40 - 08:00 Saturday
(briefing 07:20 Saturday) 3 hours minimum & 6 hours maximum
ride time

20km - $40 - 10:00 Saturday
(briefing 09:20 Saturday) 2 hours minimum & 4 hours maximum
ride time
PRE-RIDE VETTING
-
There will be two vets in attendance all
weekend
-
Friday evening ONLY for 80km riders - 20 & 40km
riders can vet as well but 80km will take precedent.

Saturday morning - 20 & 40km riders will
commence at approximately 06:00
OTHER INFORMATION

80KM PRIZES UP FOR GRABS - 4 Best Managed prizes
will be up for grabs - prizes will be gift vouchers from King
Towbars and Trailers. Also best conditioned & completion prizes.

The STER committee itself will be again running
the BBQ all weekend with food/drink available to purchase
including Soup, Hamburgers, Chicken Burgers, Sausages in Bread,
Egg and Bacon Rolls, Cold and Hot Drinks & Chocolates.

Water - Horse water is available onsite, but you
will need to bring your own human drinking water

A communal fire will be available onsite for all
to share

NO OTHER FIRES & NO DOGS

Please note that due to horse containment
issues at recent rides, ALL YARDS WILL BE CHECKED
on the Friday night by the Chief Steward, and TAPED
YARDS MUST BE ELECTRIFIED.
RIDE BASE LOCATION
-
1049 Cliftonvale Rd, Dysart
-
If you are heading
North, drive through Bagdad and head up Constitution Hill, the Cliftonvale Rd turn off is to your left at the top of the first
big hill climb. If you are heading South you drive down the
Midlands Highway, Keep an eye out for the signs for Kempton
Township (on your right), do not turn into Kempton, keep heading
down the highway, approx 5 minutes down the road you will come
across the Cliftonvale Rd turn off to your right, take this turn
and head down Cliftonvale Rd.

Stay on Cliftonvale Road
for 15km and do not turn off (the road is sealed except for the
last 3ish km of road which is red gravel). You will come to the Cliftonvale Property which will be on your right (ride base).
The trip in from the Midlands Highway will be well signposted
all the way, so look out for the signs.
